  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    We try to process your order by the next working day, Delivery will usually take around 3-5 days.
  • What if i want to return my order
    We want you to be happy with your order but if you aren’t pleased, send us an email and we will deal with your request. Please note the price for postage of return is deducted from your refund. The email is Luna.jewels8@gmail.com
  • One of the products I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
    If the item you have your eye on is out of stock, you can sign up to our mailing list, so that you will be notified when the item is back in stock. Our stock generally takes up to 14 days to arrive and when we receive it, you will get an email.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status. Simply paste the tracking number on Royal Mail Track My Parcel and check its status.
